  Been coming here for almost a decade now because of how close it is to our home. But man, if I could find a closer Walgreens I would move in a second. I have complained countless times to their customer service line about their undermanned/under resourced pharmacy and their rude store Manager, Valentina. Every month we have the same issues and every time she says it'll be squared away and it's not. I've had to come back over 5 times for the same medication because they always have an excuse and the excuse changes depending on who you talk to (anything from, "its too early", "we need to wait for the one person to return who apparently is the only one who knows how to bill" "it just came thru the system" etc etc). And dont ever try to call in to the pharmacy, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE LINE, NEVER, IN 10 YEARS!!! I feel bad for the staff sometimes because I know it's out of their control but Valentina and District Manager David Ing have been aware of this on going problem for a couple of years now and it does not get better. It's one thing to mess up. Its another thing to lie and make excuses, and it's an entirely different thing when the store manager can't genuinely hear you out before she rudely interrupts and tries to cut the convo short, rolls her eyes and smack her lips while you speak with her. Theres a reason they have entirely new staffs and the problem persists. Starts at the top. If you cant even value a customer, how do you think theyll value their employees who bust their behinds to make up for their intentional short comings to save a buck. Stay away from this Pharmacy!
